Unfortunately, you can only use one promotion code per order. Multiple codes cannot be combined or stacked. Shipping is always free within the US, so no code is needed for that.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email to the address you provided at checkout containing a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to view the status of your order. If you have not received a tracking number or have any other questions about your order, please contact us at  hello@philandpearl.com.

Your information is safe with us! Our store has SSL encryption. It keeps your information private and confidential. Whether you choose to pay by credit card or through PayPal, no one will have access to your personal payment information.

You may be able to make changes to your order, such as changing the delivery address, if it has not yet been shipped out. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@philandpearl.com . Please note that we cannot guarantee that all changes can be accommodated, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping

We currently only ship within the US but are working to grow, to reach kitties abroad!

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Massachusetts.

Orders are sent out within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including tracking number(s) for your order.

We currently offer FREE Economy shipping within the US, or an optional paid PRIORITY upgrade.

Returns

We want to make it right immediately.  Please go to our return policy page for more information.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The following restrictions will apply. 

  • The article must not have been used and in the original packaging.
